You may use Ferqon Server, the Ferqon web IDE, and related Services for:

Software Development: Building, testing, and deploying software applications
Educational Purposes: Teaching, learning, and research
Personal Projects: Individual development and experimentation (Free tier)

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for any of the following:

3.1 Security Violations

Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
Breaching or circumventing any security measures or authentication systems
Interfering with service to any user, host, or network
Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code

3.2 License Abuse

Sharing license keys with unauthorized users
Circumventing active server activation limits
Using a tier outside its permitted scope
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
Distributing modified versions of Ferqon Server or the Ferqon web IDE

3.3 Illegal Activities

Using Services for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Infringing on intellectual property rights of others

3.4 Harassment and Abuse

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Revyr Labs staff
Engaging in hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
Impersonating any person or entity

3.5 Fraud and Deception

Engaging in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud
Providing false or misleading information
Using stolen credit cards or payment methods

4. Enforcement

Revyr Labs reserves the right to:

Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
Suspend or terminate access to Services for violations
Revoke license keys for serious or repeated violations
Report illegal activities to law enforcement
