Refund Eligibility
All Ferqon licenses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Time Limits
Full refund: Within 30 days of purchase
No refund: After 30 days (all sales final)
License Tier Refund Rules
All tiers follow the same 30-day refund window:
- Personal ($0.00)
- Team ($290.00)
- Lab ($790.00)
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@revyrlabs.com with your order number
- Include reason for refund (helps us improve)
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
After Refund
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated. You must cease using Ferqon Server and remove it from all devices.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- Fraudulent purchase activity
- Chargeback abuse
- License key sharing violations
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the software, in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). This right applies in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days): You may cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email support@revyrlabs.com with your order number and a statement of withdrawal.
Digital Content Exception: By downloading and using Ferqon Server, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Article 16(m) of the Directive). However, our 30-day money-back guarantee remains available regardless of this consent.
Legal Warranty Rights: EU consumers retain their statutory rights under applicable national law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under EU or national consumer protection law.
