2. Protected Works

The following are protected by copyright:

• Software: Ferqon Server and all related code
• Documentation: User guides, API documentation, and technical documentation
• Website Content: revyrlabs.com and all associated web content
• Branding: Logos, trademarks, and visual identity
• Marketing Materials: Images, videos, and promotional content

Your license grants you the right to use Ferqon Server according to the terms of your purchased license tier. This does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
