End User License Agreement (EULA)
License agreement for Ferqon Server software.

1. License Grant
Revyr Labs grants you a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ferqon Server based on your purchased tier. The license fee includes a fixed update window during which new releases are available. The software continues to operate after the update window expires, at the last version you obtained.

Users means named accounts that can log in to a single Ferqon Server instance. Device joins means the number of physical devices you may connect to your active servers. There is no limit on device joins for any tier.
2. Permitted Uses
- Install and use Ferqon Server on activated server instances
- Connect any number of devices to your active servers
- Create backup copies for personal use
- Use one active server at a time per activation slot
3. User Limits
- Personal: 1 user, 1 active server
- Team: 20 users, 2 active servers
- Lab: 50 users, 4 active servers
- All tiers include unlimited device joins
4. Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering or decompiling
- Sharing license keys with others
- Using a tier outside its permitted scope
- Circumventing activation limits
- Distributing modified versions
5. License Key Management
- Keys are generated upon purchase
- Activate via Ferqon Server settings
- Transfer by deactivating old server first
- Lost keys can be recovered via account portal
6. Updates and Upgrades
- Free: 1 year of updates
- Pro: 2 years of updates
- Premium: 3 years of updates
- After the update window expires, you may continue using the software at the last version you obtained
- Major version upgrades may require a new license or paid extension
7. Support
- Free: Email support
- Pro: Priority email support
- Premium: Priority email support
8. Ownership
Ferqon software remains property of Revyr Labs. This license grants usage rights only.
9. Term and Termination
The license is perpetual and does not expire. Your update window expires after the listed period (Free: 1 year, Pro: 2 years, Premium: 3 years). Revocation occurs for Terms of Service violations.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
FERQON SERVER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL HARDWARE PLATFORMS.
11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, or through binding arbitration as set forth in the Terms of Service.
12. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
