Ferqon will ship a built-in Model Context Protocol server so Claude, Cursor, and other AI agents can read serial logs, test results, and device state on your self-hosted hardware lab — without sending data to a third-party cloud.
Ask, do not trust
The MCP endpoint starts read-only. Your AI can inspect logs and triage failures, but cannot flash, restart, or change device state until you explicitly grant write access.
Local by default
The MCP server runs on your Ferqon gateway, not ours. Your serial logs and test data never leave the infrastructure you control.
On the beta roadmap
MCP support is targeted for Q3 2026. Early-access participants will get the first builds, one-click Claude/Cursor config, and example runbooks.
