What do I pay for?

A perpetual license for Ferqon Server. One-time payment, no subscription. Personal is free forever for 1 user. Team ($290.00) is up to 20 users. Lab ($790.00) is up to 50 users. Device joins are unlimited; active servers are limited by tier: Personal 1, Team 2, Lab 4.

Why are the prices discounted?

Ferqon is currently in beta. Paid tiers (Pro and Premium) are offered at approximately 40% off the regular list price as an early-access perk. The Free tier is always $0. The price you pay at checkout is locked in for the lifetime of your license — it will not change when the beta period ends. Beta pricing ends when we ship v1.0; after that, new purchases will be charged at the regular list price (Free $0, Pro $399.00, Premium $999.00).

How do user limits work?

Ferqon is free for 1 user. When a second person needs a login, you need a Team or Lab license. Users: Personal = 1, Team = 20, Lab = 50. Active servers are also limited by tier: Personal = 1, Team = 2, Lab = 4. Device joins are unlimited.

What is the update window?

Your license includes free updates for a fixed window: Personal (1-year update window), Team (2-year update window), Lab (3-year update window). After the window expires, you keep using Ferqon at your locked-in version. You can pay for an update extension to continue receiving new releases.

Is this a subscription?

No—one-time purchase. Pay once. Own the product. Updates are included during your update window. After it expires, you can optionally purchase an update extension.

What happens when I exceed the 1 user or 1 active server limit?

When a second person needs a login, or when you want to activate a second server, you need a paid tier. Team supports up to 20 users and 2 active servers; Lab supports up to 50 users and 4 active servers. Device joins remain unlimited on every tier.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes—upgrade from Free to Pro or Premium anytime. Pay the prorated difference; contact sales for a quote.

Ferqon is in beta. Early access participants get beta builds, direct access to the team, and current pricing locked in. Additional capabilities are on the roadmap and will be delivered as free updates during your update window.
